1. Perishable Items Policy
Since our products are frozen and temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. We request customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and reach out immediately if there’s an issue.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your complaint quickly, we may ask for:
